It's just confusion in how things are named etc.
The tiny cartridges I'm referring to are often called birdshot cartridges.

When referring to shotgun cartridges, we would just normally call them for example a 12g No.9, or No.7 etc - not birdshot.

Tony Martin used a normal 12g cartridge.

That's right yes. A 12g is a nasty round at close range.

It's stains like these guys in Washington State that ruin it for all. In some States anyone involved, Lose everything Home, Vehicles, Bank accounts, any untagged deer or other wildlife taken out of season just compounds their sentence. Most Hunter's are responsible hunters, then there are these dip shits.
