Good evening everybody. Myrtle welcome binack, glad you had a good time in Oban and the other places.Roxy, I'm not really into swimming now, and only been in a Jacuzzi once. May hope you enjoyed the treadmill. Not much of a storm here last night a little wind and some rain. Had my eyebrows waxed today then into town to the chiropodist.

Morning All..is there anyone there?...not a very nice one here as it's dull & dreich,but have to venture out to the mobile unit in local Tescos carpark for a mammogram ,,,do a wee bit shopping while I'm there..see Ya later,xx

Roxy hope your day improved. Met one of my nieces for coffee this morning, then visited a friend who I used to work with, Another old workmate came in and we had a good old chat our working days and the night outs we had.

Morning All Naw it didn't get any better ended up in bed having an early night. Just heading out with the dog along the beach as things have calmed down weather wise and we won't get blasted. After lunch am off to the Health Suite and the pool to do my lengths. See if I can I can unfrazzle myself,

Good Morning Each,just back from a walk to the co-op on this damp still morning with not a breath of air,not even a leaf moving,and so so quiet...weird!....Housework for Me today and cooking dinner for Daughter & SIL when They come after work...have a good one Folks,xx
