Yummy!

I've got a chicken casserole on the go in the slow cooker, but on the high setting, as it only went on this afternoon. Had to get the stock pots! It's just meat that I'd got out the freezer, then using up the veg in the fridge.

Picked some cooking apples (but small) from my niece's front garden, so have just cooked all them, found some packets of crumble, and made two dishes. Got double cream in the fridge, so that's one for today and tomorrow, and will freeze one.

Oh please stop, I am on a five two diet, five days eating, two days off, and I am hungry and you lovely lot are not helping, although I know I'm being a sadist by coming in and reading at what you are all going to eat

I had some very nice smoked haddock tonight, with salad, my own tomatoes, and some vegetable cous cous. Yummy yummy is was, too.

Did chicken thighs, with new potatoes, green beans, sprouts and broad beans for meat eaters

Had new potatoes with the veg and a vegetarian sausage. Did cook two but they were so horrid I couldn't face the second one. Back to my usual brand I think.

Ohh Julie Ive just bought some veggie sausages theyre these ones ...Ive not tried them yet though ,hope they will be tasty


Having half a BLT with chicken and mayo baguette for lunch and a pink icing coated long donut mmm deeeeelish!!!!

That's my usual brand I was tempted away by a bargain



Mince new potatoes and peas today.
