I saw this on the news online this morning....very sad to read it ....I hope she gets all the help she needs

It is very sad, she is so young. Not a watcher of Emmerdale now, haven't seen it since it stopped being Emmerdale Farm, but I do feel for her.

Very sad but not dead yet so always some hope, my nan was given six months with it and went on to live a further 17 years. You never can know.

I think I remember her in Emmerdale some years back - was she not the Vet? She also turned up in an episode of Judge John Deed.

Both my parents died from it within 6 months of each other, so I know exactly how devestating it is on those who are left behind. Apart from that my wife had a threatened miscarriage the same year.

She has small cell lung cancer there is no cure.

Max life from getting it is nine months.

That is so sad. I always rated her as an actress. When seeing her in Emmerdale she seemed so natural and I never believed I was watching someone 'acting'.

He calls her Ali. Wonder if Leah is a stage name?

She's raised the £55k to pay for treatment in Germany as the treatment is not available under the NHS.
