Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

We had a very late fry up today so it will have to be something light for tea tonight. There are plenty of cheese and crackers left over so maybe that will do.

Making soup with new bread rolls, using up the Stilton we have left over and I've got some brocolli in the fridge.

Few nuts possible after.

Very rare event I've got a joint of pork in the oven, I'll just have the vegetables and a quorn do da, but my husband won this in a raffle at work so I thought I'd better cook it.

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

The rest of the pork for those that want it, brocolli and potato mash and peas, with some homemade pickle we were given for Christmas.

I think I'll have cheese with mine because the pickle is almost nice enough on its own.

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

My husband made a big cauliflower cheese last night that we will mash and mix with whisked egg white today and mix in egg yolks to make a cauliflower cheese soufflé. A well loved recipe here, probably not something a chef would do but delish.
