Had my Fish & Chips UJ, not had Fish & Chips for a couple of years, it was lovely, Cod, Chips, two Gherkins and bread & butter. Tonight a very small Salad.

Took large Gammon joint from freezer yersterday - will stud with cloves, and smother with Honey and mustard and roast on the oven this morning and serve with steamed tatties, veg and gravy.

Picnic this afternoon, I have a feeling we will be only ones in the park doing it

Egg sandwiches, soup, cup cakes, jelly and custard cups, and tea lots of hot tea.

Several Susie darlin' together with three potatoes and some mixed veg. I was thinking of having a tin of fruit cocktail and some icecream as a sweet, but second thoughts prevailed and I had a couple of oranges instead. Put it this way - you wouldn't want to keep me for a week!!!

I enjoyed my dinner today of:

Sea Bass, Garlic Mushrooms, Fine Beans & Carrots done with Parsley Sauce.
