Re: Dreams and do you understand what they mean to you?
I go along with the theory that dreams serve a useful function and may be part of the brains sorting system helping us to store or discard our daily thoughts and happenings. The scary ones could also be a kind of rehearsal to hone our fight or flight response.Re: Dreams and do you understand what they mean to you?

Dreams often send important messages from the subconscious. Things we miss in the day surface at night. But it is in code so not easy to decipher. It's worth trying with repetitive dreams. They also serve to commit what's happened in the day to long term memory.Re: Dreams and do you understand what they mean to you?
in my dream am in a largish square room looks clean but has the carpet I had in my old house when married and I think Im going to divorce you but realise I am not married to whoever got that room ready and what was it the room ready for?Re: Dreams and do you understand what they mean to you?
Some of my dreams are feelings or events of the previous day that I haven't sorted through, just noted and tucked away in my mind for later. When I awaken from a dream, I can connect the pieces/people and reactions to make some sense of the dream. It helps me see my trigger points.Re: Dreams and do you understand what they mean to you?

I think I was upset that someone (a man I think but cant see anyone in the room) had got the room ready without asking me and I felt controlled so said I am divorcing you and yet I wasn't married to him but guess it was some man I didn't marry thank goodness as he was evil
