Deylon, I assume you have a message at the top of the page saying you have a new message?
If so, just click on the word 'Messages' and it should show your Incoming message.

Afterwards, below the message you have a choice to reply or delete.

Hi Deylon, if you click on Messages in the banner at the top of the page, it will open to a list of all the messages you have received and will show who they are from.
