Yes do de-stress and then go and see if you can get to the bottom of your right-sided pain.

Hi Audreyll, Haven't been here for a few days, been out of commission with migraines.I don't know if it could be spasm's. Sometimes the pain is in my lower right abdomen, sometimes not really near my right rib, under it, and then, sometimes the pain is where my kidney would be in the back. And some days I have no pain, or just barely noticeable. I have had all sorts of tests.
I am just frustrated that the doctors don't seem to care, actually, I feel that they think I am making this up. Oh well,
My anxiety has been high and has triggered the migraines, so I am taking a break, trying to sleep as much as I can. Maybe in the new year I will look for a new doctor, as my primary has just about come out and said she doesn't know what is wrong with me.
