I have type 2 diabetes and never heard of a miracle cure, I control mine with diet and exercise (walking mostly) I think like most people on here if there was a cure we'd know about it.
it just means your blood sugar levels are higher than they should be and indicate the possiblitly that you could develop diabetes type 2.
Now is the time to get it under control.
