In many ways I remember these early days of television as a more gentler, simpler age.The TV channels. both of them, shut down at about 11 pm & didn't start up again until the following afternoon.
The finale was the national anthem, always followed by the fading little white dot.
Fanny & Johnny Craddock............ were they real, or did I imagine them?
