Well Mum and Dad bought me a record player for my 21st birthday so I rushed out and bought Elvis Presley's long-playing record of GI Blues.

I was given a Dansette record player for my 13/14th birthday, it was pink, I loved it, the first record I ever had of my own was the Everly Brothers, Bird Dog.

My very first LP was Beach Boys Today, and my first single was Love Me Do by the Beatles.

I still have all my records from the 60s and some from the 50s as well.
