A surgeon went to check on his blonde patient after an operation.
She was awake, so he examined her. "You'll be fine," he said.
She asked, "How long will it be before I am able to have a normal sex life again doctor?"The surgeon seemed to pause, which alarmed the girl.
"What's the matter Doctor? I will be all right, won't I?"
He replied, "Yes, you'll be fine. It's just that no one has ever asked me that after having their tonsils out."

George and Mildred had been married for 40 years.

Their love life had never been good, and in spite of her best attempts, Mildred was feeling very frustrated, George just wasn't interested and even when he was, it was very boring and predictable.

Mildred finally lost patience and told George one night that things needed to improve, he was to stay downstairs and watch some porn on the Internet to get some new ideas and then come to bed.

Thirty minutes later up he comes, gets into bed and she is amazed, things are marvellous, however every three minutes George stops for a few seconds.

Why are you stopping George she asks.

George replied, well they all do it.

It's called buffering.
