The scumbag 'nasty party' seems to have been forced into yet another policy 'U' turn, this one significantly embarassing, since it is the 'nasty party's' flagship policy.

Bit by piece-meal bit this scumbag 'nasty party' government is falling apart!!!

If this is true I'm not going to celebrate or be critical, it's a good policy IMO done so badly it's almost criminal. That they are u turning is too late for many but at least may save some.
