Some days more than others, If I'm out for lunch and a catch up with the lassies my sides are sore by the time I get back, I laugh so much..

I love laughter, I love to laugh and I love to hear the sound of laughter because it makes me feel good. I had the best laugh on my weekend away with my schoolfriends, belly laughing too. My hubby makes me laugh a lot too, he's so funny its hard not to laugh at him.

We all need laughter in our lives.

Sometimes I laugh at things I shouldn't laugh at though ooops

I would say I have a few laughs every day over something or other. The best laughs are when my family visit, something silly will start us all off laughing until the tears are rolling down our cheeks

I tend to laugh at myself

So far this week Ive managed to punch myself on the nose, stick a knife in my cheek and found myself up to my elbows in the most disgusting smelliest gunk you can imagine

I don't want to turn into a grumpy old woman.so I purposly laugh and smile a lot.

There is a lady who lives near me she is well known for being grumpy so much so her face has really deep frown wrinkles....God she is scary, who wants to turn into that

Far from getting easier as I age, life seems to be more involved with heavy and serious stuff than it was years ago. I still laugh of course but not as much as I once did.
