Good Morning Each,another dull cloudy one here but still no rain to speak of...I've noticed I'm sleeping later these past few mornings as there's no sun streaming through the bedroom window,My mind's being tricked into thinking it's winter already

Afternoon All
Oh My Gawd I'm dripping. 
It's due to rain tomorrow so I thought I'd better get the lawns cut. Sheeeze I'm as wet as I am when I get out the pool.Didn't sleep much last night as it was sooooo hot and not a breath of air, windows open and fan on but still to hot. Starting to get a bit fed up with it now, time for a thunder storm to break this up..

Afternoon Folks,have the washing out on the line but keeping an eye on the darkening clouds...had a stint on the treadmill earlier but only lasted 10 min's.jeeze,I'd better get back to exercising now it's a bit cooler..no more stuffing My gob with Magnums & icecream!

Good morning everyone. Had to take Luna, our little female chihuahua to the vets this morning. She’s been a little poorly and off her food for the last couple of days.She does have a nasty habit of picking things up off the floor and eating them!
