The tortoise and hare had a race
The hare really set a fast pace
But the tortoise set off in pursuit
With a shortcut to get to the loot
And the umpire is now on his case
I've just missed the bus into town
Cos I'm still in me dressing gown
which is awks-I'm the driver!
And I've become a right skiver
in fact I'm a bit of a clown
