Swear to god you get a brill pizza from a frying pan

set the grill up high though.

cook the pizza bas in the pan till it starts to bubble , then slap the toppings on and flash under the grill

Honestly, cooking for one or two, cant be beat

Surfermum,Meg,you are making my mouth water,Missy,i love that pizza oven,lucky you,
I bought a pizza stone,for the oven,couldn't get on with it,then i bought a pizza tin pan,i find it works better for me,as when my son visits,he likes the stuffed crust,which i do,with cheese strings,frankfurters, delicious! ...but far too many calories, lol.

I find the secret of a crispy bottom on a pizza is to get a baking tray really hot before putting the pizza on it.

I make the pizza on silicone paper then simply slide it on to the hot tray.
