Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Dorothy glad you had a good day with your dad. I'm having a long lie tomorrow as I've been out and about all week.
Night night.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Morning all . Not a nice morning here. After yesterday

Dorothy it looked like you had a great day yesterday! Hope you're having a wee lie in this morning.

You too Jess. Hope you're still cooryin in.

I'll sit and chill for a wee while then go back home. Jamie is having his school pals over and they've had a bouncy castle delivered, but Martin's saying its threatening to rain. I hope it doesn't come to anything.

Catch up later x

Hi Myra the weather is the same here, I had a wee long lie and I enjoyed it. I'm sure the rain wont spoil the fun of the bouncy castle for Jamie and his friends.

Well that's me home now. I left Bert out for the count. It'll be chaos at Martin's daughter's as there were 30 expected. The rain did come on but don't think it came to anything. Kids will enjoy themselves no matter what.

It was stifling in here when I came home. The windows are all opened.

The sun is shining here now.

Myra at Joseph's First Communion last year the weather wasn't that great but him and his cousins still enjoyed themselves. Put some pansy's in the garden today so will quite chuffed with myself.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

hi girls. Yes I did have a nice lie in...think it's made me feel lazy for the rest of the day though oh dear. I should get out into the garden but there always seems plenty of other jobs to be done. Jess your pansies will be looking lovely and colourful. I didn't go to my dad's today as we were out most of the day yesterday. Been catching up with laundry and other things around the house. Ben has just had his tea, he only wanted baked potatoes with ham & cheese so that was easy enough. I'll have mine later in peace when he has gone off to the gym. Well Sunday night is here already the weekends always seem too short!

Hi Dorothy its nice to have a long lie and Sunday is the best day for it. I just wanted to get some plants in while it was dry, I've got towels in the machine at the moment and hope to get them out in the morning.

You're quite right Jess, to grab the chance to get the plants in while it is dry, just never know when the rain will come on. Just watching the weather forecast for next week, looks real warm.. good thing we have an air conditioner in the office at work. My sister and family are holidaying in Yorkshire and she was saying tonight they are all red from the sun.. except the dog of course
