We Are one of the Richest Countries in the World - they argue...
Whenever they want to justify expenditure, like say, the
£13, 000.000.000 foreign aid budget (just one example).
But being as "rich" as we are, while adding to our nation debt
by £1,000,000,000
A WEEK, is still of great concern, as we are now reaching a tipping point and are staring over the precipice (the point of no return).
Also, a popular line is: they found £1bn for the DUP (for Northern Ireland) so they can spend billions on this, that and the other.
But as pointed out: for all the "evil Tory cuts" the debt still rises by £1,000,000,000 a week.
(I should point out the deficit has come down significantly from what it was before the cuts)
