My father is entering my dreams a lot lately (no longer with us). There must be a reason for this. I miss him maybe? Must admit I find it very odd.

Same with me with both my parents who died years ago.

Also Rachel I once heard eating cheddar will make you dream of celebrities.

Hmmmmm ... I can't say that I have ever particularly dreamed of celebs or parents/late members of the family.

I have noticed that if I have a bad dream, I will wake and find that my knees are too hot !

Hot knees evidently cause bad dreams, so one should endeavour to keep ones knees at an ambient temperature ... there you go ... tip for today
