Good day Spitfire.............I don't recall posting of late, you must have spotted me lurking.

I have been away in deepest Devon with my family, the love & attention being centred on the newest member & seventh grandchild, my grandson William, named after my dad & also my grandad.


He is the latest William in a line going back unto the day, whilst my maternal forebears are dominated by Robert (Bob).

I have charted my family history back to 1624 & never get bored with it.

Have any of my chums aka gathered glitterati gathered gems of genealogy?

Have a go, it's easy nowadays on the internet. When I commenced collecting data 20 yrs ago I dashed all over the country looking up old records.
