All cheeses are divine
And the stronger the better as a rule.. although brie does make me go a bit weak at the knees!
However I try to limit myself to only once week these days

Re: Cheese

I'm an equal opportunities cheese addict - I will eat any and all types of cheese. If you twisted my arm I might identify ultra-strong cheddar and Halloumi as my favourites!

Totally agree with you about cottage cheese, Rhian. That quivering, gloopy mess is horrible. Coleslaw is the same with me.

I love cranberry cheese too, and Mexican cheddar.

Don't like cheese with chives in it though. That repeats on me. Don't like cheese with chives in it though

Re: Cheese

Anyone tried cheese with Guinness? I keep looking at it in the supermarket but so far I have resisted. I like most cheeses mild or mature not bothered.
