Tried Cheddar with Guinness at a food fair last year. It was pleasant enough - but would not go mad about it.

The other one I tried that day was 'Pontefract' = cheese with licorice - definitely not!!

Do not like the slimy french stuff - so no brie/camembert for me - it doesn't even taste like cheese. Some of the Italian ones are nice - but - you can't beat home grown!!
