Pink Floyd: Boblingen, 1972 11 15. 2nd Set

This is by fast the best source for this show. This comes from a 2nd gen cassette copy. Recorder 1 captured the 2nd set only. CWTAU really takes off around the 5:14 mark with Roger's Pictish ramblings.

01. Careful With That Axe, Eugene [14:28]
02. Echoes [26:13]
03. One Of These Days [09:39]

Still my favourite Pink Floyd Album (hated Dark Side of the Moon)

Jefferson Airplane? How about "Blows against the Empire"?

However my all time favourite is Captain Beefheart and his Magic Band, Spotlight Kid or Mirror Man or Strictly Personal or...
Everything went better with acid.
I can just about hear Moonbeams & Bluejeans if I tweak our Technics set-up towards hearing aid frequencies.

I was into Blues at first - a drummer with two bands that never got anywhere but then I started hanging round clubs and got casual roadie work with Chicken Shack, Fleetwood Mac then other bands - I even did a Love Affair gig and Sweet too!

In my later hippie days it was all West Coast Bands then - inevitably, Joni Mitchell & Neil Young when my life turned that way.
Didn't do much acid - hated the thought of losing all control. stevmk2

Ten Years After - Love Like A Man.

Just loved that riff when I was a kid. Still do. Think the live version on the Fillmore release has a bit more bite, it was the original B side of the single.
