Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Back from hectic weekend, christening yesterday and funeral this afternoon. A few hiccups along the way, but all went off OK in the end. Will be glad to put feet up on the mantelpiece this evening and look at the box.

Not a happy bunny. Went to have my ears syringed this morning in preparation for a hearing aid fitting on 18th. Due to a misunderstanding, waited for an hour, had them done and have ended up with one clean ear and one stone deaf, worse than when I went in. Have to go back NEXT WEEK at 8.45 am!!! Grrr!!!

Got loads of wax out of right ear (with finger) and now back to what I was before!! Thank goodness!!

Loads of washing done - and bedding ironed. I have one orange tomato and loads of little runner beans, few more days and they'll be on my plate

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

I've heard of those Jac, if the syringing doesn't work on Wednesday I'll go in search of one!!

Had lunch with Roses today and heard about all her adventures in Italy - she's still sporting a delicate shade of green (bruise) on her cheek but says she's all OK now. (Heard a lot about the dishy paramedic who looked after her and the Italian rugby fanatics who ran the X-ray dept in Lucca hospital!
