Too much I information Floydy

This is s terrible admission as a Yorkshire Lass but honestly I don't think I have ever been to Scarborough castle

Another thing to put on my to do list

Do visit though, it's nice up there on the cliff top at the Castle and a nice walk to Scalby further on where the Sea Life centre is

Skipton to Linton Bridge

This made me wonder whey someone would build two dry stone walls to separate two fields, or perhaps a farmer got fed up of people using a right of way across his field so made provisions for keeping them off the grass!

One the news tonight that a footpath along the Scarborough coast has subsided and caused a large crack in it. It's pretty close to a few houses so I bet the owners are panicking.

Sad, but who in their right mind would buy a house close to a cliff edge? I suppose there are some geologically safe and sound locations, but it would take an expert to be absolutely sure.

I've been there. I don't remember details, I'm afraid, but I do remember seeing many jars of sweets of all sorts lining the walls.

We must go back, soon!
