Road Tax

We know the chancellor in his Autumn budget increased road tax on diesel cars from this coming March but I can't seem to find is it just confined to new vehicles or is it for those already on the road, looking at it as if it includes those already on the road my car tax will increase to £500 a year thats about what the car is worth, any definitive answer anyone?

Re: Road Tax

But your car was registered before then yes?

It's cars after March 17 that are being hammered on the tax

Re: Road Tax

You can enter your reg number here and it will give all the details for your vehicle. Scroll down to 'View Tax rates'.

you will need your log book reference for this.
