Take that and in front of it put [ yt] -but don't put in the space
And after it [ /yt] - again without the space

Which will give you this
[ yt]UaEC-lWSlmI[ /yt] without the spaces

(I had to put the spaces in, otherwise it would have shown the video)

Then voila, when you post it, you will have this
