Re: Trophy hunter shoots dead a rare black giraffe

This excuse for a woman killed the animal in a 'canned' hunting estate .
These are private estates in South Africa which make huge amounts of money providing rich sadists for something not very wild to shoot.

This went around the world on Twitter
White american savage who is partly a neanderthal comes to Africa and shoot down a very rare black giraffe coutrsey of South Africa stupidity. Her name is Tess Thompson Talley. Please sharer

- this caused quite a stir itself because they called her a 'white'
savage -

However brainless sadist that she is ( there is no God else he would not give make this sort of scum rich )

This is big business for South Africa .
So it will continue .

Ethically is it any more wrong than killing animals in a slaughter house ?
It's still killing a denfenceless animal .
While personally I thing she should be eliminated after being tarred and feathered the truth is it's not.
We feel sad over a beautiful exotic animal yet the humble and highly intelligent pig dies in its thousands everyday to provide us with bacon .

Oooohhh yeah, bacon butties, full fry ups, bacon pudding, egg & bacon pies, pulled pork baps, roast belly pork with loads of crackling - the mind boggles at endless possibilities.

I don't eat all that stuff .
Apart from anything it's chock full of nitrates that will kill you.
Eating a animal that is so close to us in intelligence ( probaby more intelligent than some) is anathema to me.

Yes, ethically it is completely different.

For as long as man has existed, he has eaten meat. Neither is he alone. All carnivores eat meat.

As an (almost) vegetarian, one would expect me to condemn that, but I don't. It is nature.

However, killing animals - any animals - simply for fun is despicable and, if I thought I could get away with it, I'd take a great deal of pleasure in killing this woman and others of her kind.

I agree with you JBR. Carnivores are a means of killing the weak and maintaining the balance of nature.
Unfortunately there are very few carnivores that can kill weak humans, so too many survive, and that is why humans overpopulate this world and have to breed the animals that go to slaughter houses.

We should all eat less meat but maybe we should put women, like this one, in a loin's cage to see how she fares without a gun. Perhaps she will then see how what she is doing is wrong!

Several differences. These animals are not usually an endangered species. A farmer wouldn't keep a herd of cattle and feed them for their natural life span for no return. If there wasn't a market for them, they wouldn't exist.
