The deaths of Buddy Holly, Richie Valens and the Big Bopper in an airplane crash. That was the day the music died! Totally devastating to lose three huge talents all in one go; and also the tragedy that was Elvis Presley.

Some great moments here and some which did change the music world)not for the better IMO) but that is what life is about accepting changes and adapting to them.
Me, Rock and Roll will always be my favourite as I was a rebel at that time and enjoyed the way it used to get up old folks noses(My Parents).

All music has a place in my life at certain times, yes, even Rap and punk Rock, when I want to annoy someone that is great music to place on the Disc Player and go shopping.

The Death of any musicians is a loss as music is the spice of life.
