The wife was feeling a bit down today, nothing wrong with her thank God, she's just not bubbly today , anyway I'm taking her out for a pint to cheer her up, so it's an early goodnight from me, sleep well folks.

Struggled round a ten mile course in the rain this morning and it wiped me out for the rest of the day. Sun came out half way round and I overheated in my raincoat and cap.

I've been waiting for this moment all day.....Night all.
