"Lovely jubbly" is what Del-Boy used to say on "Only Fools and Horses", a TV comedy programme starring David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst.
It has since entered the vernacular, as an emphasis for "Lovely!"

But I remember Jubbly! I think it was sold in triangular cartons, wasn't it?
