I think if you've spent a lifetime together then yes, but short marriages like this should have a settlement proportional to the individual input to the marriage finances, although in this instance the husband's share was decreased later on appeal I believe?08-01-2018, 06:13 PM

I hope so it seems so unjust I don't see why he had to have anything as he himself was a good earner and brought about the failure of the marriage .
