Stuff that can't be shrunk is either going up in price (eg milk) or going down in quality. Sainsbury already reduced the number of sheets of their value jumbo kitchen roll and now I've noticed it has thinner sheets too.

I can remember when a kitchen roll just about fitted onto the wall holder and you had to push it around a bit at first until it thinned out. Now, it spins freely straight away.

Same with toilet rolls, they have made the cardboard roll bigger so there are less sheets on them. Nothing to do with reducing calories there.

I went to Costco yesterday and after shopping bought some takeout food, i.e. fries (chips) with gravy for hubby who was waiting in the car. The price had not changed since the last time I bought some in December yet the size of the takeout container was noticeably smaller.
