Computer technology can be used for good purposes, but as in the case of the dark web it can also be used by those with evil intent.

If all of the identifying information is massively encrypted it becomes very difficult to track down the sources.

They can, eventually, find some of these but the info will immediately be altered to hide it again.

I don't know a lot about it but it sounds sinister, crazy really because I expect it has all sorts of innocent uses.

The Dark web are sites that cant be found on any searches like Google.

Because they are confined to a very few people so they don't register on search engines.
