Don't blame them for a broken system, they aren't committing fraud as you said but doing what they need to claim jsa or disability.
The search for a job is documented these days they have to prove where and what they apply for its a full time job in itself.
If you want them cleaning pay them a decent wage for it and they will come off benefit, those who are on jsa. Disabled shouldn't be made to work if they can't.

Not strictly true Floydy, I think some politicians start out with good intentions and want what's best for the country and it's people, but as with Nigel Farage they are challenged at every turn, dragged over the coals by the gutter press, and deliberately obstructed by powerful people who have their own agenda. Then of course there is money, everyone has their price and at the end of the day the temptation becomes too much, and is it actually worth throwing your life away when you are faced with an ungrateful public who will never be satisfied.So no, I think there are, and have been some very good trustworthy politicians, but once they are elevated to the higher echelons of government they soon become corrupt and manipulated themselves and soon become disillusioned and are unable to persevere with the dream they once had....
