We all live under one roof Tara. I don't mind, I have always told them to help themselves.

Re: Do you keep cash in the house?

If Mr Mags asks me if I have change of a note, I always say to him 'have a look in my purse' but in all the years we have been married he won't open my purse, he always hands it to me to look. Likewise, I would never dream of looking in his wallet...

Like you, if my husband wants change I give it to him, and visa versa, we don't go through each other's wallet or purse.

Re: Do you keep cash in the house?

Last week my friend was asked in his local store if he had lost any money,he said no ,but next time he went to the shop they told him he had dropped a £20 note in there ,they deducted the amount off his bill and just charged him the extra money
