Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Jac sorry to hear about your car trouble, I got towed to garage when my battery went and got a new one replaced. Hope none of you had any damage during the storm last night.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Grandson came out of theatre and demolished a cheed sandwich. Two supra pubic tubes now in place for test starting tomorrow. Had a lovely picture of him in hospital bed with the colouring Mamgu (me) was able to send yesterday.

Thank goodness the winds have died down, I may sleep tonight. The airambulance came down it again yesterday. It did have a struggle to land, right on top of me (well not literally)

Did a trache change today, at hospital, on Michael. I really should put my bill in

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

For the first time ever I won't be making pancakes today. Apart from being on my own, which wouldn't normally stop me, I have completely lost my appetite because of the medication I am on.

Looks a better day today....fingers crossed. Have to wait in for technical equipment we have purchased from the States for Michael. Some things are just not available in the UK. It's cost almost as much to get it here as actually buy it.

Little grandson is a brave little boy. He had his first op. At 10 days old. He went through a patch at about 5 when he screamed and kicked against it all. Now the preparation by staff is so good, he's cool with it. They let him try things out etc. whenever possible, so he is fully prepared.

Onwards..... And get on with chores.

Have a good day .

My friend's daughter and husband are finally back after their trip to Ireland for the game on Sunday. The ferries were cancelled because of the rough weather. He said the crossing was pretty rough last night but they're safe back in Wales.

Finally got it to work . Was thinking I may have to take it to the doctors. Funny old day , some sunshine and then hailstones . Daughter and s-I-l came down for a walk on cliffs and joined us for a drink in the pub
