I also heard of this service,I thought it to mean you can log on to a site and get advice from a Dr. I was not happy with 111 a few weeks ago.I had problems breathing so rang 111,but despite me saying I felt ill they kept asking me questions,could I this/that,before sending an ambulance,I had to spend 4 days in hospital after arriving in A&E
