Any ideas

Has anyone any idea if I can claim a refund, or part, from Flying flowers ? Just before Christmas I ordered flowers for my SIL, but before they could be delivered she ended in Hospital with a broken hip.I tried to cancel the flowers but was told it was too late[ only the next day,] but if they got no answer they would put a card through the door so they can be delivered later. My SIL is still in hospital and likely to be for quite a while and then will not be able to answer her door when she comes home, and there will be no one during the day to do so.I have e mailed them bu no reply from them

Re: Any ideas

Something similar happened to us with a florist they didn't refund but did give us a another lot of flowers on a date of our choice, credit note in effect.

Re: Any ideas

My ex hubby sent me some flowers for my birthday a couple of years ago, through Flying Flowers. They never did arrive, and they wouldn't return his money either.

Re: Any ideas

It is no good offering my 'S.I.L an alternative date, she will be in hospital for quite a while yet, also she will have problems answering her door when she gets home, so my order will be long out of date
I have e.mailed flying flowers re this but have not had a reply from them, I will have to ring them
