I'd not go as far as a waste but suspect many folks take them when they don't need them and others could avoid them with a better diet.

Re: Do you take any vitamins or supplements?

I take calcium citrate/carbonate, Vitamin D, Magnesium citrate.
Turmeric, ginger, Matcha tea powder. Glass of fresh carrot juice daily.
The first three help with my severe osteoporosis, I am now shaped like a tortoise standing on his back legs.
The rest help with inflammation and Gerd reflux.
Hard to say if they have any real effect, but I hope for the best.

Re: Do you take any vitamins or supplements?

I have never taken any vitamins or supplements and I am not on any medication from the GP. Apart from the occasional paracetamol for pain/headache, I am in rude health.

I wonder why they call it "Rude" health?

Does anyone know why?

I make Huel milkshakes. They are pretty good tasting (Vanilla one) and have lots of vitamins in.

Worth a look.

From Swanson Vitamins I get 'Herbal Prostate Combo' and 'Beta Sitosterol'. From Puritan's Pride I use 'One Daily Men's Multivitamin'. About once a week I take a Siberian Ginseng capsule (forgot where I got that from).

Re: Do you take any vitamins or supplements?

I take vitamin C supplements to try boost my immune system as its been dreadful this winter with having chest infections and pneumonia. I also take Vitamin D3 because my body lacks vit D which I think it does many people in the UK with not much sunshine. I take vitamin B12 injections every 3 months as I have pernicious anaemia.
