Who remembers when they used to cut a chunk of butter off, pat it into a round and then cover in paper?

Yes, I remember those days LD. Most food items were weighed and neatly wrapped tightly and securely in a sheet of paper.

Anchor has rapeseed oil in it. I prefer unsalted butter.

I use Lurpak the sort with the olive oil added .
