If he is innocent I am not sure what he can say, anything he says will be twisted and turned by others to make him sound guilty. If he is guilty why would he say anything as he is protecting his family and fortune at this point I would imagine.

If I were innocent - you couldn't shut me up.

If I were innocent, I would state that fact and say I did not want to discuss it further. Not saying anything is not a good sign nor are all the alleged victims that have come forward.
