I truly despair.Why such a focus on the relatively recent grooming by Muslim gangs ?
The same has been going on for years and covered up by various denominations of churches, football clubs, schools,orphanages all homegrown.
It is a very sensitive crime to investigate within our own community more so inside closed communities like churches, families or muslim groups.
Now when progress is being made and evil groups are on trial, why put the trials in jeopardy ? What was the purpose of his putting the trial and his own freedom at risk at this late stage ? It's not like he didn't know the possible consequences, he had a suspended sentence hanging over his head.

It's been going on for bloody years!!
His arrest aside, he did not put the trial in jeopardy - that was just soundbites from the judge. It was the day of sentencing - the jury had already given their verdict. What part of that don't people get?
