I'm OK - back in hospital for a few days from Thursday, but it's treatment I've had before - I just don't like the disruption to my routine and miss my home comforts.
I put frozen mince straight into a small saucepan under a low heat which defrosts it and then heats it up. Just remember to stir it once in a while because the water content separates from the mince. Make sure it's fully heated before eating.
