Re: To anyone dealing with everyday joint pain
Well, menopause isn't helping either, I'm sure. But for all I know, I could possibly have a gluten sensitivity. I have IBS and I also have eczema, two conditions that can be aggravated by gluten. So who knows. It won't hurt to try the gluten-free thing. If my symptoms disappear, I'll know that's what it is. If they don't, then it's most likely simple aging and life changes, as joint pain is a common symptom of menopause.Re: To anyone dealing with everyday joint pain
As of January, I've gone a full 12 months without a period. So yeah... the fun begins. Actually it started a few years ago, about the age of 49. And what worries me is I've heard women say that their menopause symptoms have last for years. I've heard women in their 60's say they're STILL having symptoms.
