Had first physio sessioin

Had my first bit of physio on Wednesday....Jeeeeez....I hate that man.
I can hardly move my neck this morning.

I'm wondering if I'm ready yet....the surgeon told me I'd have to wait at least 7-10 days longer, this was on last Friday(?)ish.

Well, here's to a long road ahead...lot of hard work...but the end result will be worth it.

From watching my husband after his knee replacement the physios are fantastic. You will hate them at first but when you are feeling better because of their dedication to your body you will end up loving him. Hard work, pain it was all worth it in the end. But after first session he was sure chap was trying to kill him

It's a fact, at first you really have to wonder whose side they are on...

Tpin, if you are worried about your neck today, can you make a quick phone call to the physio or the surgeon's secretary for advice?
Don't just assume feeling the way you do today it is 'normal,' and to be expected.

Terry, this is your friend Twink, and you know how scary she will be if you don't do all your physio exercises. Don't forget, she knows where you are and will come round to get you!

I have it on good authority that your head won't fall off...... unless I have to remove it myself because you haven't done your exercises.

Do you know Twink, I'm almost starting to feel a tiny bit sorry for him, can you think of anything I can do to snap out of it?
