This man,he gets to cough a lot. He goes to doctor. We need X-ray. I am poor but have friends for to pay for X -ray and they will sell cows and pray for me.

The x-ray-oh dear you have cockroach inside-this is very expensive surgery is needed. I sell my house,I sell the last of my cows,will it cost me the honour of my daughter?

So this guy has sold his life and his daughter-only to be told that some x-ray machines have cockroaches in them.

I know this is loosely medical - quite funny too but I think it would be better appreciated in the jokes forum OG.
