Of course it does.......but...it's a regular thing, increasing and decreasing(There are 5 graduated levels5 being low and 1 being high)
It's been raised to 4 Increased intelligence-gathering and security measures

China seems to be taking the situation quite seriously, all coal exports from North Korea stopped, all flights to and from cancelled. Border security increased in order to control any mass movement by refugees from N Korea, we live in interesting times the man said

No, I'm serious Tpin. It does scare me.
I have been outside this afternoon, minding me own business, potting things up in the shed, sowing more seeds etc, seeing my washing blow in the sun, and listening to the birds as I work. Nothing wildly exciting to anyone else, but it's the kind of peace and tranquility I love.
It makes me both scared and angry that 2 total strangers can take that away from me when I have never interfered with them. They don't even know I exist, yet have the power to destroy my simple life.
I detest these power-hungry men, who only ever use their power for their own ego's and greed.

It's nothing more than willy waving......or, at worst it'll escalate to mildly pissed off.
